GROW is a student-led organization at Georgia State University supporting women in the earth sciences. The brand needed to reflect the group's mission of connection, mentorship, and community while feeling approachable and grounded rather than corporate or overly academic. I developed a full identity system, from logo and color palette to a merchandise suite, designed to feel warm and organic while still holding up in professional and academic spaces.
